Full Time hours over the Summer, reducing to Part Time hours in September – Various evening and weekend shifts

Based in Glasgow City Centre, you'll be a vital point of contact for our customers. You'll provide a comprehensive service, working across all our brands and products and delivering a high standard of knowledge about our services. It's a varied role, covering everything from general policy queries to renewing and adjusting policies, handling complaints and making sales. You'll ensure you always hit your targets, while providing excellent customer service.

With good previous experience in a customer service environment, you'll have an outstanding commitment to meeting and exceeding customers' expectations. Ideally, you'll also have contact centre experience but this is not essential. A positive attitude and good communication skills are important, and you'll be a great team player, always ready to assist your colleagues. You'll constantly work to improve performance, and be able to offer ideas and feedback to improve processes and performance.

You will be required to attend a full time training induction from 1st June 2010 for a period of 5 weeks, you will then work full time hours over the summer months before reducing to Part Time hours in September.
