Do you have extensive experience of the Tender and Proposals process, gained within the Professional Services sector?

Change Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tenders Exec to join the dynamic marketing team of one of our clients, a leading client-driven organisation in Edinburgh.  Based in impressive central offices, the post holder will assist with the tender process from initial contact with prospective clients right through to the end of the tendering process.  Working directly alongside a Director and Manager, it is envisioned that the successful applicant will bring their expertise and value to the team to increase tender opportunities and maximise potential business.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Identifying tender opportunities, by utilising contacts and business knowledge;
• Manage a variety of projects at once, project managing the process from start to finish;
• Ensuring that all Proposals and Tenders meet standards and deadlines;
• Monitor and evaluate feedback;
• Advise colleagues on tender submissions and presentations;
• Building excellent working relationships across the business.

Key skills and personal qualities required are:

• Proven experience of tenders within a Professional Services environment;
• The ability to work under pressure to deadlines;
• Attention to detail;
• Influencing and negotiating skills at all levels;
• Strong commercial awareness;
• Excellent planning and organising skills.
