We have a temporary part time reception role base din Glasgow. The hours of work are 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday.
For this position we are looking for someone with previous front of house experience and switchboard skills.
The duties of the job include -
· Meeting and greeting
· Answering calls
· Dealing with mail
· Booking meetings
· General admin
You should have previous reception experience and good IT skills including Word and Excel.
