Commercial Underwiter Glasgow   £27000 per annum

Hays insurance are working with this nationally recognised insurer to recruit a Commercial Underwriter. The role will operate across the full spectrum of commercial risks that my client offers to the SME market. You will underwrite both new and existing business, taking responsibility for some of the more complex cases. You will also be a technical referral point for the team and take responsibility for building effective working relationships with brokers.

You will require excellent technical knowledge across commercial risks combined with the ability to build effective relationships with brokers.

This is an excellent role to utilise your skills and experience while helping develop other members of the team in regard to their technical experience. Salary is to £28,000 depending upon experience.
