A temporary position has become available in Dunfermline for a Customer Service Administrator.

This role is for approximately three months although could last longer

The company is a well known financial services provider, with a history of providing first class customer service.

This role will involve processing current customer information as well as processing Bond payments and balances.

You must have previous administration experience as well as experience of dealing with customers either over the telephone or face to face.

You will be using MS Word, MS Excel and inhouse systems. You must have an accurate and fast data entry speed.

The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

This role pays £6 per hour.
