Our city centre based client is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support them on a temporary week to week basis.   You will be required to support the facilities and office management function of the company through:

  • General administration duties
  • Copy typing
  • Minute taking
  • Updating files and records as appropriate
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Facilities and property management and maintenance
  • Providing support with relocations and refurbishments
  • Organising and coordinating office furniture and deliveries
  • Mail management
  • Management of the storage and and document management facilities
  • Ordering stationery supplies as required
  • Adhering to and management of service level agreements
  • Assisting with the security of the office
  • Providing Health and Safety support
  • Conducting risk assessments, inductions, accident and incident investigations and ensuring adequate first aid provision
