German Customer Service Advisor Glasgow   £15500 - £16500 per annum

A leading, well known and established Organisation are currently seeking full time German speaking Customer Service Adviser's to work in the Glasgow area.

The purpose of this role is to provide high level customer service, support and communication at all times

Main responsibilities of this job role include:
Provide high quality advice, assistance and customer service
Deal with customer correspondence appropriately and accurately
Call handling customer queries and complaints

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Fluent in German language
Strong customer service experience, ability to build a rapport with the customer, from a contact centre would be an advantage
Experience handling large volume of inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player
