The purpose of this role is to provide high level customer service, support and communication at all times
Main responsibilities of this job role include:
Provide high quality advice, assistance and customer service
Deal with customer correspondence appropriately and accurately
Call handling customer queries and complaints
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Fluent in German language
Strong customer service experience, ability to build a rapport with the customer, from a contact centre would be an advantage
Experience handling large volume of inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player
