Online Marketing Executive (x2)

The Group is looking for two Online Marketing Executives, one for managing online media campaigns and one for managing email marketing campaigns for its international websites.

Based at Head Office, both roles will report into the Online Director and work closely with the online marketing team and other internal departments including offline marketing and the Group’s Customer Contact Centres.

Responsibilities 

Online Marketing Executive (Media) 

  • Responsibility for US, Croatia, Germany, France, The Netherlands and other territories outside UK and Ireland as the group expands.
  • Plan, negotiate, execute and optimise campaigns that deliver large volumes of high quality leads
  • Grow activities in all online channels: PPC/SEM, organic SEO, email, display, co-registration and affiliate
  • Analyse KPIs to ensure that campaigns achieve cost per sale targets
  • Select and negotiate with networks, brokers, agencies and suppliers
  • Introduce new ideas and channels
  • Design strong, performance-lead creative

Online Marketing Executive (Email) 

Working alongside the CRM Manager and Team Leader, the purpose of the role is to run multiple large-subscriber-base email campaigns with duties to include:

  • Updating Campaign Reporting System
  • Developing Email campaigns from pre-determined templates
  • Setting up templates on Email Management System (EMS)
  • Organize proofing of emails and making any amendments
  • Sending live tests for sign off to various recipients
  • Organizing and collecting data from databases
  • Uploading Data to EMS with relevant filters
  • Applying data and filters to email campaigns
  • Ensuring tracking, links, leads etc are in place and Checklist is signed off

Ideally, the candidate must possess basic knowledge of html, however training can be provided.

 Requirements

  • 2+ years online marketing experience, with a track record of delivering results through both ideas and execution
  • A passion for online marketing with a strategic, results-oriented approach evident throughout his/her career history
  • Strong data analysis skills and a passion for harnessing data to extract insights to drive campaign performance
  • A believer in testing and learning to drive wins, and a track record that illustrates this
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and extremely comfortable with data
  • Fluent with online marketing attribution, performance metrics and ROI analysis
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Driven, positive, and at his/her best when working collaboratively to drive toward a common goal
