Premier Relationship Manager - Glasgow Glasgow   £25000 - £30000 per annum + bonus + benefits

We are currently recruiting for a top tier banking organisation within their Premier banking sector in Glasgow.
 
You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of high value customers, whose income will typically exceed £100,000.  You will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service whilst maximising income from the portfolio whilst networking effectively to developing and growing your client base.
 
The key responsibilities within this role include:
 

- Portfolio management of 400 to 600 high net worth active clients whilst developing further new clients
- Proactive completing client reviews ensuring their expectations and requirements are achieved and sales targets and service levels exceeded.
- Developing new clients though maximising business opportunities though Business and Corporate clients within the bank
- Working on an autonomous basis effectively managing own time to deliver agreed business results
- Significant experience in a customer facing role and an in depth knowledge of financial services and the banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial knowledge, awareness of business accounting models and experience of High Net Worth market place
- Experience if managing personal performance against Management Information
- A passion for exceeding expectations
- Competitive Base Salary - Circa £25000
- Uncapped monthly bonus potential - 35k+OTE
