Our Company are specialists in reinstatement works specifically for the Insurance market. Due to our continual development we now require an additional surveyor to be based in our Head Office based in Fife.

You will require to be qualified or be able to demonstrate your proven ability within our field of reinstatement works. We would prefer someone who has a proven track record within the insurance market, although training would be given to an exceptional candidate.

Full driving licence is essential

Key Tasks:

• Preperation of schedules & specification of various sized claims
• Communicate with the policyholder, advising the extent & involvement of the works required to reinstate there property
• Carry out full reports and extent of works direct to insurance companies
• Preperation of all variation orders for authorisation by Insurance Companies
• Liase with loss adjusters and project surveyors in all aspects of the reinstatement works
• Advise and help with ordering specialised materials
• Computer literate in the preperation of online email tendering & scheduling system (training will be given on specific systems)
