An experienced corporate actions administrator is required to join a successful investment organisation with contemporary offices based in Glasgow city centre.
The role responsibilities are; monitoring and controlling all entitlements for funds under management; control and update price changes to maintain accurate pricing records across all funds; investigate and resolve shortfalls/differences in due entitlements and those received from custodians; complete all documentation and monitor stock and commissions ensuring deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years securities related experience encompassing settlements/dividends or entitlements functions, you will possess strong communications skills and have the ability to work to strict deadlines, working knowledge of Excel is essential.
