HR Consultant (Energetic, Passionate and Motivated)

Sword Ciboodle, a world leader in delivering customer interaction solutions, is looking to recruit an HR Consultant; but not just any HR Consultant. You will be joining a small but perfectly formed, dynamic HR team who deliver a comprehensive HR service across multiple UK business units, within the global Sword Group. Our key internal clients are software professionals who develop our core technology and professional service consultants who travel the world delivering solutions to our international, blue chip customers. 

Role Description

Your role will be to deliver a pro-active HR service throughout the Sword Group; providing support and advice at all levels from senior Business Unit Directors to front line staff.  This will include recruitment, development, performance management as well as supporting the annual salary review process for the Group.

You will have the opportunity to grow and shape the current HR offering, as well as being involved in specific high profile HR projects. You will be a guardian of our “can do” culture; it's about speed, it's about enthusiasm, it's about getting things done and it’s about having a passion for quality.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing, delivering and improving our HR service.

• Ensuring we deliver best value to our staff through benefits, pensions and healthcare in the UK and the US.

• Managing international secondments of staff from the UK to our international business units.

• Driving the use of HR metrics to support business cases, make informed decisions and track progress.

Person description:

You will have experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment, and you will be accustomed to managing and prioritising a varied to-do list, dealing with the “urgent” while delivering the “important”.

You will be confident using your strong communication and influencing skills to engage with senior stakeholders, and you will excel at building relationships at all levels of the business.

An enthusiastic team player, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the dynamic and open company culture remains a key part of our approach to managing our staff and delivering projects.
