This job for an Administrator requires an experienced, pro-active and commercially aware individual. It is a new opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills to join a long established family business to assist them to grow the organisation whilst developing your experience.
Duties will range from answering the telephone, dealing with general daily administrative and secretarial tasks and some basic accounts work, to dealing with customers face to face and on the phone and in turn this position is not suitable for any applicant who does not have extensive relevant experience.
The computer system used is bespoke so your IT skills should be strong with at minimum Microsoft packages initially so you can quickly adapt.
This position is within a fast paced office and the successful applicant for the job will be able to demonstrate in interview that they can work effectively and accurately under pressure. For the most part you will work standard office hours however please be aware that due to the industry the organisation works within it may be necessary on occasion to do extra hours.
