Have you got solid work experience within financial services dealing with corporate actions?

Would you be interested in a temporary long term position, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for an excellent hourly rate?

If you answer yes to any of the above then my client has a number of temporary positions available for immediate starts.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
* Collating all market intelligence in the UK and International market
* Notifying clients of any capital reorganisations
* Collating responses and ultimately ensuring that the outturn of the capital reorganisation is distributed to clients in the form of cash or stock in an accurate and timely manner.

The role holder will provide a service to a diverse client base inclusive of, Investment Managers, Private Clients and Private Banking and will ensure that all communications and reporting are tailored according to the demands of the clients and comply with regulatory obligations

The ideal candidates will be flexible and professional under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, commitment and focus on succeeding in a challenging environment, be able to work accurately to deadlines and will be committed to proactively seeking new and innovative customer focused solutions

The right candidate will possess good numerical and analytical skills and a positive can do attitude, combined with strong attention to detail.
