Our client, one of Ayrshire's leading luxury hotels, requires an experienced Duty Manager to join their existing management team.
The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background and will have experience in dealing with large functions of up to 400 guests. You will be responsible for managing many different departments within the hotel, providing support and motivation for your team as well as discipline. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach to work and will be able to lead and deliver first class customer service.
Previous Duty Management experience within a 4 star hotel would be an advantage. For the right candidate this employer offers excellent job prospects and a rewarding career with an established luxury hotel.
