Currently with c.800 employees , 58 depots across the UK and our Head office in Glasgow we are recruiting a GAP One Customer Support Administrator to carry out efficient and effective administration of Major Account Customer business

Based within our Head Office in Glasgow, key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all invoice/account queries received  are followed through to resolution
  • Utilise Movex (ERP system) to resolve and update query information/resolutions
  • Highlight recurring queries and identify areas for improvement
  • Carry out rate checks on existing hires
  • Produce/maintain spreadsheets detailing outstanding invoices and send appropriate responses to customer
  • Produce customer hire and invoice reports
  • Preparation of customer KPI and revenue reports
  • Ensure query sheets are actioned within timescales agreed and raise appropriate credit notes
  • Allocate all payments within 3 days of receipt
  • Process all credit card payments the same day after issuing weekly/monthly invoices
  • Open new accounts and carry out any credit checks when required

 Applicants must have worked within a Sales Ledger environment and should have the ability to resolve queries in a customer focused manner. An excellent telephone manner is essential as are strong Microsoft excel skills.
