International Personal Banking Advisors Temporary Contract

FPSG is currently recruiting for International Personal Bankers for a short term temporary contract working with one of the most recognisable brands within the financial services industry in Glasgow. You will have a proven track record in delivering excellent service levels, able to provide solutions and responses both verbal and written to client requests, able to deal with complaints if required and consistently provide world class service levels. You will be a proven communicator with previous financial services experience, and be able to commit to a temporary contract.

Experience/Qualifications

• Previous financial services experience within a customer service and administration background
• Excellent customer service experience gained in a busy contact centre environment within the financial services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic and ambitious approach coupled with pro-active and positive attitude
• Abel to complete a busy workload with excellent time management skills
