THE ROLE
Customer Account Executive - £17-19k Basic + Fantastic Benefits

FPSG are recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join and international employer of choice in a key customer relationship role based in the Hamilton area.
Our client is an award winning international organisation who directly services the industrial/construction sector with their innovative products and services.

THE COMPANY
Due to an internal restructure we are now recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to play a key role in the management/development of our client's customer base throughout the UK. this is a varied and challenging role within a fast paced environment, and candidates who are interested in applying will have excellent customer service/customer relationship management skills, coupled with the ability to maximise business opportunities.

You will have full responsibility for the management of a group of key accounts/clients and will look after the full customer cycle, including -

- Processing orders & enquiries
- Conducting product/customer presentations (some travel may be necessary)
- Proactive sales/maximising business opportunities
- Processing invoices/credits
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Administration
- Involvement in tendering for new business
- Comprehensive customer service

EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will be from a strong Industrial/construction customer service and sales background, have excellent self motivation, business knowledge and have a proven track record for delivery of exceptional customer service and sales with major companies.

SALARY: £17-19k Basic + Fantastic Benefits
HOURS: Flexible between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
REPORTING TO: Senior Management
