We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager based at our Dunfermline site.

Main tasks

• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary project teams, providing overall direction of projects and influence the wider organisation to achieve successful project execution with emphasis on total customer satisfaction, on budget performance and on time delivery.   
• Act as the main FMC contact for the customer on all project matters, developing lasting customer relations and maintaining a good rapport at all times
• Manage contracts effectively with particular emphasis on control of variations to original scope of supply
• Assess and monitor project risks taking the lead on management of these risks across all aspects of a project
• Manage all financial aspects of the project to ensure margin enhancement through the life of the project
• Participate in business improvement initiatives

Qualifications, skills and personal qualities

• Educated to degree level, other qualifications and/or relevant experience considered
• Industry/engineering/product knowledge
• Strong Project Management experience
• Energetic leader with strong commercial acumen and legal awareness
• Dynamic, driven and positive approach
• Exceptional communication (written & verbal), presentation and influencing skills
• ‘Right First Time’ approach and strong customer focus is essential
•  Association of Project Management qualification or similar preferred but not essential
