This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented SOUS CHEF to join City Café, part of the award winning hotel group CITY INN Contemporary Hotels.

As SOUS CHEF your role will be to assist the Head Chef in the organisation and control of all kitchen operations. You will assist in the development of an innovative style of award winning brand cuisine, relevant to City Café restaurant bar and terrace. As part of our rosette award winning team you will be delivering our City Café à la carte bar and terrace menus alongside room service and the small private dining operation. You will be working in the new, fully refurbished kitchen, alongside a team of talented chefs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented SOUS CHEF to take on a high profile role. You will already be an experienced Sous Chef currently working within a large scale stand alone quality restaurant or branded restaurant concept within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
