Day to day management of a team of Senior Business Advisors and Business Advisors.  Work as part of a team responsible for the development and growth of our proposition for small business customers.

Typical responsibilities:

Day to day management of the existing team:

• Coaching and development of team members
• Preparation of reviews.
• Leading meetings.   
• Proactive client monitoring, including analysis of monthly and statutory financial information.
• Performance management of team 
• Relationship building.
• Oversight of control of lending functions
• Developing & leveraging own networks of internal and external contacts.

• Detailed knowledge of Business Banking market
