Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead a small team in ensuring that we are maximising the value of both our software and contact centre capabilities. Our software solutions are diverse but all provide capabilities to ensure that our clients and their customers are able to engage effectively. Our contact centres provide outsource, insource and co-source activities. We deliver value in blending our operational, technology and commercial capabilities to ensure that we are building rewarding relationships for all participants.

Skills Knowledge and Capability

You will have a demonstrable track record in marketing management across the full marketing mix, ideally with experience in both service and product presentation. You will relish the opportunity to define the solution positioning, routes to market and execution of the appropriate marketing plan. It is expected that you will thrive under pressure and welcome the need to balance time between a variety of solution streams.
