A leading financial services firm is looking for a KYC & MiFID Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.
The role holder will form part of the KYC & MiFID team, within the static data unit, which deals primarily with on boarding clients to the wholesale trading book and ensuring all new accounts meet agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities will include ensuring all downstream on boarding due diligences - such as KYC, credit, documentation and MiFID - and processes - like client data and account maintenance activities - are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant regulations. In addition you will maintain the client information held for existing accounts in the data base and ensure all telephone calls and correspondence to/from internal and external customers are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. You will also help others to learn with helpful feedback and necessary instructions, provide outstanding customer service, use information effectively, take responsibility for your decisions and adapt to change by utilising the opportunities presented by new situations.
Candidates must have previous KYC & MiFID experience, ideally from a Treasury background and have a strong working knowledge of related compliance regulations and procedures. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a changing environment. An objective, customer focused individual with the ability to process administrative tasks and manage own responsibilities with minimal supervision would suit this role.
