Our financial services client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Representative for their Paisley branch on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be the first point of contact within the branch and will required to deliver a high level of customer service at all times. Your duties will include although will not be limited to:
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Informing customers of the company products and services on offer
- Identifying sales opportunities and working to targets
- Balancing cash tills
- General administration duties
- Correspondence management
- Filing, faxing and photocopying
- Ordering stationery as required
