Our financial services client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Representative for their Paisley branch on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be the first point of contact within the branch and will required to deliver a high level of customer service at all times.   Your duties will include although will not be limited to:

  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Informing customers of the company products and services on offer
  • Identifying sales opportunities and working to targets
  • Balancing cash tills
  • General administration duties
  • Correspondence management
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Ordering stationery as required
