 Based in Inchinnan Teknek is the global leader in the provision of yield improvement solutions for advanced manufacturing companies. Teknek invented the contact cleaning concept some 25 years ago and its technology is used in a range of industries from PCB production to flat panel manufacture, medical products to printing and packaging.

At our Inchinnan operations we require a further production worker who will assist with the day to day tasks/builds etc under the direction of the cell team leader.

Our requirements:-

·        Skills should include:-  manual dexterity; numeracy and literacy with ability to follow processes and procedures

·        Understand the need to be flexible regarding daily tasks, be open and willing to assist where required.

·        Capable of working as part of a team or on their own using initiative to problem solve and generate improvements

·        Must be able to follow instructions and not deviate from agreed written processes.

·        Able to communicate effectively with all levels and functions

·        Strive towards continuous improvement methodology

-        using key performance indicators of

           quality, delivery and lead-time

Previous proven experience in an operations environment essential.
