Our client based in the Hillington area of Glasgow have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to work within their main office on a temporary contract covering maternity leave.

Duties will involve:

* Handling calls and Filing of documents
* Reception cover (meeting and greeting guests, handling enquiries)
* Inputting information onto computer systems - typing letters
* Data Entry and General Administrative duties as designated by office manager
* Phone duties will also be required.

Requirements:

* Must have previous reception / administration experience
* Must be prepared to deal with monotonous duties and have the drive to succeed in the task at hand.
* Positive and friendly approach to colleagues and clients
* Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
* Have close links to public transport

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am until 4.30pm
Friday 8.30 am - 3.30 pm
(1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Due to the location of the company having your own transport would be advantageous but is not essential.

Candidates should be available to commence the contract ASAP.
