My client is a highly profitable business with strong operations on a UK and global scale.  Due to continued growth, they have an opportunity for an Export Finance Administrator to join their team in a compliance focussed role.

 

Key responsibilities in this important role will include:

 

  • Managing VAT payments and legislation on exported goods
  • Dealing with HMRC Inland Revenue returns and documentation 
  • Ensuring financial and legislative compliance 
  • Manage, update and monitor documentation on CRM system
  • Liaise with the Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance and controls

 

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working within import and export markets for a globally focussed organisation, and will have strong legislative knowledge within the field of VAT payments. You will have a compliance background and will have solid legislative understanding of the legal documentation requirements of Importing and Exporting goods.

You will come from a background within a globally focused import/export business within Food & Drink/ FMCG/ Freight/ Shipping or Supply. 

 

You must be able to work well within a very positive, close knit team environment, and will have a proactive and personable approach to your work. Due to location, a driving licence and your own transport are essential for this post.
