An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator, based at our Stepps Office to provide full administrative support to the Office and Site based staff.

Core Tasks:

Open, sort, scan and distribute incoming mail and faxes utilising KierDoc.

Maintain central filing system and set up new files.

Retrieve filed documentation from central filing as and when required.

Ensure photocopiers are filled with paper and change toner cartridges.

Photocopying and faxing of documents.

Keep meeting rooms tidy, as direction by Reception.

Organise tea/coffee for meetings when required.

Organise in-house lunches when required.

Binding, laminating and shredding of documents.

Assist with Archive control.

Top-up consumables in kitchen area.

Ensure timeous franking of outgoing mail to meet postman's collection times.

Relief receptionist, initially for tea breaks and lunch hour.

Bank cheques in Stepps.

Produce documents in the style and layout required or as instructed.

Plan and prioritise tasks to maximise effectiveness of time.
