Chartered Quantity Surveyor Glasgow   £30000 to £35000 per annum Benefits: car/car allowance + extra benefits

My city centre based client is creating a new position within their busy property team for a chartered quantity surveyor. Due to successful tendering, they are securing many projects within the commercial markets.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in pre and post contract duties, including cost planning and tender examinations. Supporting junior members of the team will also be required. Other daily duties will include attending meetings with other key project personnel and liaising with the project client.

It is essential that candidates are Chartered with RICS accreditation and have worked in a private practice environment on client facing roles. Experience of working on RIPAC and RIB packages will be an added advantage.
