Chartered Building Surveyor Glasgow   £16.00 to £19.00 per hour

My client is based in the West of Scotland and has an urgent requirement for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them initially for a 3 month basis with a view to this being extended.

You will be joining a busy property team and must be able to work under minimum supervision. Duties in brief will include residential and commercial surveys, valuations, development appraisals, negotiations of heads of terms and assisting junior members of staff.

You will have previously worked within a public sector or commercial environment and be fluent in all aspects of building surveying. A current member of the CIOB is essential.
