About the role:

This role is a 9-12 months Fixed Term Conract as Operations Manager (Loans) within Banking Operations, As Operations Manager (Loans) you will be responsible for effectively managing Operations to deliver and continually improve the service given to our customers. You will work with the Operations team in RBS to ensure that our customer SLAs, Sales and Service targets are met.

• Experience of managing programmes
• Experience within Banking Operations
• Experience of Relationship Management
• Extensive experience within Customer Service
• Collections and Recoveries knowledge
• Understanding of a call centre environment
• Experience of influencing and building relationships
