Team Manager Glasgow   £23,000 - £30,000 dep on exp

The exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join my client on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• motivate and encourage a team of up to 11 people to exceed targets set
• overcome any team problems that may hinder performance
• create good team spirit
• keep updated on compliance and procedures
• recruit new staff; internal and external
• coach and train all new staff
• liaise with management to discuss company performance
• promote fresh ideas to generate new business

The Candidate must:

• have a proven track record in a sales environment
• poses a dynamic approach
• be ambitious and sales driven with a 'can do' attitude
• be a good listener and have the ability to encourage and motivate individuals

Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
