We have an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious city centre based financial services company.
Job Role:
- Working in a fast paced environment within the Clients Complaints team
- Dealing with First level complaint cases you will respond to customer queries and complaints by phone, e-mail, and letter
- You will process documentation in order to meet requirements
- Conducting administration in relation to customer complaints
To be considered for this role you require the following:
- Previous experience from working in a financial company is essential
- Experience of working under pressure, preferably within a complaints handling environment
- Experience working to deadlines and commitment to meet team targets
- Be able to demonstrate understanding of FSA regulations
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
- To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check
- It is desirable that you will have a high level of qualification, A Level / Higher or equivalent
- Candidate must be confident and professional on the telephone and have the ability to structure written correspondence to clients.
You will work a 35 hour week between 8am – 6pm Mon to Friday
This is a 3 month role but could be extended with further opportunities in the business.
