We have an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious city centre based financial services company.
Job Role:
- You will process documentation being returned by business clients in order to meet requirements
- You will be expected to field calls from clients to provide steer on the actions required to comply with the FS requirement.
- Conducting administration in relation to customer and client accounts
To be considered for this role you require the following:
- Previous experience from working in a financial company is essential
- Experience of dealing with financial documentation and the accuracy of their processing and their attention to detail
- You must also have experience delivering excellence in call handling to manage the clients needs
- Be able to demonstrate understanding of FSA regulations
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
- To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check
You will work a 35 hour week between 8am – 6pm Mon to Friday
This is a 3 month role but could be extended with further opportunities in the business.
