ESEP Ltd is a company contracted by the Scottish Government to administer the EU Structural Funds Programmes in the Lowlands and Uplands Scotland area. We are currently looking to recruit the following posts until at least 31 December 2011:
Programme Manager (Glasgow) £28,176 - £48,111
Reporting to the Head of Programme Management, you will provide an efficient, effective and helpful support service to project sponsors on all aspects concerning programme management and administration. Suitable candidates should have a good understanding of Structural Fund implementation and have excellent communication skills. A good knowledge of financial systems and financial management would be desirable.
