Team Leader required for manufacturing organisation based in North Ayrshire.  Your role will be to:

• Maintain efficient operations to ensure good quality products.
• Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials is maintained.
• Work with engineering department to ensure running repairs are completed on time.
• Identify and implement ways of improving the long term performace of quality control processes.
• Take responsibility of the implementation of health, safety and hygiene regulations, procedures and working practices.
• Ensure risk assessments are kept up-to-date in order that safe working practices can be implemented to minimise the risk to personnel and assets.

Ideally, you will come from either an engineering or process industry background.  This will often be a hands on role.  You will be a good team worker, have personal drive and be customer focused.  You must also have good attention to detail and be flexible in your approach.
