Debt Recovery and Business Relations Advisor Glasgow   Depending On Experience

Eden Scott are currently recruiting for an experienced Debt Recovery and Business Relations advisor to join leading Glasgow based organisation

• Liaise with the Business Relations Advisors and Team Manager on invoicing and payment issues
• Allocate all payments received.
• Set up debt recovery plan to recover outstanding debt
• Support and review services that are provided to key employers ensuring it is efficient and enhances their relationship with the client.
• Visit key employers and present the benefits of the company
• Liaise regularly with Business relation managers to ensure the best service is being provided to key employers at all times.
• Process student generated exams queries and correspondence.
• Assist with employer queries and ensure that they are resolved within agreed SLA's and to a high standard.
• Assist with enquiries received from our National and Joint Scheme Offices ensuring that they are resolved within the agreed SLA's and in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with at first point of contact
• Assist with the co-ordination of visits for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out general ad hoc duties as requested by the Team Manager.

Essential Skills

A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
Consistent CV with a proven track record in debt recovery and customer and client services
