A leading, well known and established Financial Organisation are currently seeking full time Customer Service Adviser's to work in the City Centre of Glasgow.

The purpose of this role is to provide high level customer service, support and communication at all times

Main responsibilities of this job role include:
Provide high quality advice, assistance and customer service
Deal with customer correspondence appropriately and accurately
Process applications
Call handling customer queries and complaints
Process applications, ensuring the correct action is undertaken
Any ad hoc duties as and when required

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Strong customer service experience, ability to build a rapport with the customer, from a financial background or contact centre would be an advantage
Experience handling large volume of inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player
Excellent typing and keyboard skills
Concise work history
