With that in mind, the firm seek a vastly experienced, well networked individual with experience of listed/unlisted commercial and financial review work but also experience of managing trading administrations.
This is a key appointment during an exciting period of growth within the service line offering a rare route into directorship with a leading professional services organisation.
To be considered you would ideally have:
A significant level of previous relevant experience, including a successful track record in restructuring and insolvency work
ACA/ACCA and/or JIEB qualification or equivalent qualification or experience
Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
The ability to build strong and effective working relationships and identify new market opportunities
The ability to undertake detailed financial analysis, identifying key business issues and solutions
Excellent project management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports
The ability to coach and mentor more junior members of the team
