Overview

Our client based in Clydebank, are a leading financial institution who are listed within the top 12 UK companies to work for.  Based at the World's Best Contact Centre, you will be working for the bank that everyone wants to work for.

Your role will be within the Personal Lending team where you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service whilst actively selling and cross selling from your portfolio of lending products including personal loans and term deposits.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for individuals to join a new and exciting team. We’re looking for energetic, creative, customer-focused sales people to deliver a fantastic experience for each individual caller.

Full training and exceptional ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements

This opportunity will be suitable for someone who has previous sales experience within a banking environment and has a good understanding of mortgages and personal loans.  However, candidates with proven customer service and sales experience within a contact centre environment will also be considered.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Self motivation with the ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a customer focused attitude are also required

Experience of conducting telephone or face to face interviews with customers would be an advantage

You must be able to pass a credit check

Hours

35 hrs per week anytime between the hours of 8am and 8pm, 5 days out of 7 with occassional Saturdays required.
