We are a dynamic, professional recruitment company in the south side of Glasgow operating within the Healthcare and Homecare sectors and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Agency Manager.

You will have proven experience within the service industry field, and have the skills, ambition and pro-active attitude to help us grow this expanding organisation.  You will possess the knowledge and understanding of the Care Commission and all other regulatory bodies and will be able to demonstrate effective sales, management and leadership skills in a senior role.

Self motivated with the ability to motivate others; responsible for managing and leading a team of staff towards the business strategic aims in an industry of continuous change, ensuring a quality, customer focused service is delivered.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.  There is also an additional on-call requirement with this position.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate offering an excellent package.
