Change and Project Director Glasgow   £100,000 - £130,000 + bonus

Hudson is seeking an immediately available executive, for a high profile client, with a proven track record in managing multifaceted, high profile projects within the public sector.

Reporting to the Board, the role will involve running numerous high value programmes and projects simultaneously.  You will manage an experience and highly motivated team (including individuals at Director level).  Expertise in business transformation and change (including process re-engineering) as well as the ability in the delivery and management of a number of sizeable rationalisation programmes.  In addition, you will manage risk, issues, project plans and ensure you and your teams are working to tight deadlines.

The client is looking for executive applicants with board level experience and a proven track record in driving large scale business change, you will be highly commercial and numerate individual.  Essential requirements include a track record in physical change programmes, an experienced manager and coach of large teams of senior project managers, experienced in  establishing governance frameworks (for the delivery of complex projects, based on best practice) and have experience of managing business systems projects.  PRINCE 2 and or MSP accreditation is preferred.
