Credit Controller - Contract Glasgow   £8.00 to £9.00 per hour

Fantastic part time opportunity working for a faced paced forward thinking client based on the outskirts of Glasgow with excellent transport links. Would suit someone with experience working with in credit control or cash collections and looking for additional hours, or someone only able to commit to part time hours. Hours will be in the evenings Monday to Thursday and mornings on Saturdays.

Main duties will include:

• Pursue payment from customers by telephone, letter or any other means available
• Liaise with customers to resolve issues and arrange payment of outstanding debt
• Maximise cash collections against delinquents accounts
• Work efficiently and maximise clearance rates on daily work queues
• Liaise with support providers in monitoring cases being handled on our behalf
• Instruct agents to repossess assets or collect arrears and monitor their progress
• Instruct solicitors to take legal action, to liaise with them on the type of action, and to monitor the progress of the action
• Assist the department manager in the production on management reports
