The IT work will involve large projects and other high value transactions such as outsourcing, system development and software contracts for blue chip clients including in the financial services industry.  On the IP side you will be advising on commercial agreements relating to the protection and exploitation of IP, for example IP licensing agreements, R&D collaborations across a range of  industry sectors including life sciences, academic technology transfer, media, and fashion. Additionally, the role will include a significant amount of work on general commercial contracts including supply and distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, consultancy and services agreements.

The successful candidate will be a team player with drive and enthusiasm who can assist in delivering the highest quality of service to clients. It will also provide an opportunity to further develop your own business development and relationship skills.
