Collections Advisor Edinburgh   £17,000 plus commission

A fantastic opportunity has become available working for an expanding Financial  organization in city of Edinburgh.

The role will include contacting customers over the telephone collecting loan payments and negotiating payment plans with customers, working as an account manager you will be provided with a portfolio of customers to then assist with their payments.

To be considered for this role my client is seeking someone from a legal (that understands the terms of defaulted payments) or a previous collections background.

Someone that offers debt collection experience

You must have excellent communication skills with a polite and professional manner

The ability to work under pressure, targets and deadlines

Excellent telephone manner, ability to speak to people of all levels and explain procedures clear and concise.
