Our client is a leading global provider of supply chain solutions for a comprehensive range of industries, they have approximately 55,000 employees and a global network of 900 offices in more than 100 countries.

They are currently looking to recruit a General Administrator for their distribution site in Inverness, on a temporary basis.

Duties will include:
Debriefing crews
Maintaining spreadsheets
Confirming deliveries
Reporting on daily performance
Making up rotas for collections for the next day
Confirming deliveries with customers

This is a busy and varied role, as such you will need to be flexible in your approach to the role and be willing to undertake duties as required.

You will need to be highly computer literate and be able to work on your own initiative as some of your working hours may be unsupervised once fully trained.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible in their working hours, being available to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 12pm and 6pm.

Experience in a logistics/manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
