Key essentials for the role are as follows :-

• Proven track record in relevant education administration experience

• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage several jobs at once

• Attention to detail with a systemised and procedural approach to carrying out and recording activities

• The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Good IT skills with experience in Word, Excel, Access and preferably Oracle systems

Main duties for the role are as follow :-

• Assist with the accurate update of delivery databases;

• Assist with the accurate input and update of examination questions

• Ensure all production records are kept up to date and deadlines are met;

• Assist with the invoicing and results upload processes during peak periods;

• Assist with software upgrades and changes as required

• Assist with the licensing process, including re-licensing through its annual cycle including maintenance of the related databases to agreed deadlines;

• Assist with the arrangement of appraisals and approval visits required to support the expansion of the current centre network

• Monitoring of quality assurance
