A specialist technical company based in Clydebank seeks an Office Administrator to join their friendly team in providing administrative and secretarial support to facilitate the effective day-to-day running of the business.
Role:
• Reception duties - first point of contact for visitors
• Answering the telephone and providing information and assistance in response to general enquiries
• Establishing work relations whist liaising with members of staff and clients
• General administration duties including ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies, organising and storing paperwork and other such duties, as and when required.
• Administrative support to consultants and managing accounts
• Ability to manage own workload as well as office management
Skills:
• Previous Administration experience essential
• First-class communication skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office packages
• Well organised, adaptable with ability to prioritise work load
• Accustomed to working under pressure to deadlines
