With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you willl enjoy real autonomy and will make decisions that will directly impact on your business. Your duties will include business development, client meetings, tendering for business, candidate sourcing, interviewing and recruitment selection.

We will train our people in every aspect of the job that is relevant to them at each point in their career. You could progress to manage a team, transfer on secondment overseas or be based onsite with a client within 2 years.
As a trainee consultant you will also need to demonstrate the ability to adapt to the demands of a challenging sales environment. As an experienced consultant, you will have a proven track record of generating placements and revenue. You will be well educated, ideally to graduate level. For the purpose of client visits, a full UK driving licence is essential.
