Complaints Quality Advisor Glasgow   Competitive hourly rate, city centre location, immediate start

We are currently recruiting several quality advisors for this leading financial services company in Glasgow City Centre.

In this role you will be expected to audit the complaint handlers work to ensure they are meeting the standards of both the FSA and the company. This role will focus on payment protection insurance in particular and the complaints process that the company follows.

To be considered for this role you should have experience of assessing the quality of others work within financial services complaints. In addition, you should have a strong knowledge of payment protection insurance complaints.

As this is a contract role, you should be immediately available, be able to pass a credit check and a criminal records check.
